EU Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
How to Return
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- We will provide you with return instructions
- Return the item(s) in original condition, unworn and unwashed
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping fees, and they will not be automatically charged or deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
As our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand), please note that personalised or custom items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
